Bon appetite

Spicy Sesame Tofu with Rice
Ingredients:
-14 ounces Extra Firm Tofu, cut into bite sized cubes
-4 Tablespoons coconut oil
-3 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
-Scallions, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
-2 cups of Rice (or however much you want)
THE SAUCE
-1/3 cup Honey
-3 tablespoons Tamari or Soy Sauce
-3 tablespoons Minced Ginger
-2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
-2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
-2 finely minced Garlic Cloves
-1 teaspoon red Chili Flakes (of more if you like it real spicy)

Directions:
(Follow steps on rice package to cook)
1-Wrap tofu with paper towel and train liquid, then cut into cubes
2- Stir Sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan under low heat
3- Head a medium or large sized skillet with coconut oil
4-Cook tofu in oil flipping them occasionally, make sure not to dry them out too much.

Serve tofu over the rice and pour the sauce over. You can serve this with steamed veggies as well!
