For those of you who guessed, most of you were right :) I am now an employee at American Apparel. Not bad for a first job? It's pretty damn fun I must say, I love clothesss! haha So above is what I wore :) Oh and Friday I wore my 5$ Ralph Lauren sailor blazer with a simple skirt and top from AA underneath. I've been kind of stuck in a meltdown these past few days, hating every piece of clothing I own, so sorry for the un-inspiring-ness.

Sorry for the long pause guys, school, some random sadness and laziness got in the way. Today, I'm wearing this skirt I made from an old H&M top, my mum's transparent button up, a tube bra from AA and this "shawl piece" from a cardi with a shawl around my head. hehe :) Today I finish school at three so I'm pretty happy and then tomorrow is my first day at work!! CAN YOU GUESS WHERE I WILL BE WORKING?

It'll take some time but everyone will see; I'm a lady

I bought this H&M tunic thursday and wore it the day after :P I love it because it's baggy and has these amazing embellishments at the shoulders. I tucked it into my trusty American Apparel tube dress so I wouldn't look like a box. Saturday (today) my mother and I went out and bought an overlock machine (if you're into sewing you know how useful and amazing it is) and some new fabric scissors and various fabrics for school projects. I wanted to show you one of my new purses, I found this clutch while thrifting with Alexander and I just fell inlove. Also, my mum bought me this book called "A vintage affair" about a girl who opens a vintage store and I can't wait to read it! (which is only going to be in the summer or so because of books to read for school, damn.)

I don't want that kind of forever

On my first day back at school I wore a dress I bought for 9$ in a secondhand/thrift store, I paired it with one of my favorite belts which I bought in a flea market a couple summers ago for like 2$. Not the most expensive outfit ever but I am quite fond of this dress, the blue is so vibrant and beautiful! Anyways, my day was alright, I'll admit it went by very very slow and I couldn't wait to get back into bed.



Wow, double post today! How crazy, aha :) Well today was my second day of school. I felt kind of Boho/grandma today and I was extremely comfortable. I bought this skirt at salvation army for about 3$ and wore it as a dress with my Banana Republic cardigan and a couple of my gold necklaces :)

P.S thank you for all your condolences about my doggie. I'm crying less so I guess that's good. I still feel quite empty though.

Sunday the boyfriend and I did some more bargain shopping at salvation army and "village and valeurs" I bought a couple things to shorten as well a a black book bag (finally found the perfect one!) and a vintage camera for my very slow growing collection :) Saturday was spent cutting and sewing the pieces, voila the before and after shots :) I also baked my parents some welcome home cookies (and forget to make the second e in welcome, silly me)

Just to see I'm alive

On my last night in the Bahamas, the woman watching our house and animals called saying my dog, Tara wasn't well and she needed to bring her to the vet. By the end of the night the news was that my fourteen year old baby had to be put to sleep. So.. that was a great end to my trip.. Anyways, I'm pretty bummed so expect the posts to be less frequent. Alex and I went shopping on my first day back and for some reason, I still had summer clothes stuck in my head.. I bought the jeans to turn into cut offs and fell deeply inlove with a bright yellow skirt :) Today, Alex and I aren't too sure what we'll do, it's my first time wearing tights and shorts together, it's rather comfortable!
